MODERN-BASIC
Service coverage includes the following: hand tank application immediately around the home’s foundation. Eaves, doorframes, and window frames are treated by hand tank. Regular service applications are outside and inside on request. (Note: The Modern-Basic service excludes yard application, webbing, rodent, and fire ant control).

MODERN-PLUS
Service coverage includes the following: power spraying around the home, the foundation (2-4 foot perimeter), shrubs and bushes immediately around the home, fence line, and yard up to 50-feet. Eaves, doorframes, and window frames are treated by a power sprayer or hand tank. Regular service applications are outside and inside on request. (Note: The Modern-Plus service includes the Modern-Basic service, plus yard application up to 50’, webbing, rodents, and fire ant control).

MODERN-SIGNATURE
Service coverage includes the following: power spraying around the home, the foundation (2-4 foot perimeter), shrubs and bushes immediately around the home, fence line, and yard up to 50-feet. Eaves, doorframes, and window frames are treated by a power sprayer or hand tank. Regular service applications are outside and inside on request. (Note: The Modern-Signature service includes the Modern-Plus service, plus termite monitoring with service warranty).

Termite monitoring and service warranty includes the following:
- PT-702 Monitors (installed on initial service)
- Performed on a quarterly rotation
- No preventative treatment
- If a termite problem is discovered on the house we will perform a 10’ spot treatment of the affected area.
- This service comes with a termite service agreement. (Does not include structural damage warranty.)
- On each service, a conducive condition fact sheet will be filled out and given to the customer.
