Doris - Service is excellent. Have used your company for a number of years. Robert is a terrific employee. He is here on time,always considerate when spraying around the furnishings and drapes and does a very thorough job. In all the years he has been coming here he has never once entered my home without a smile and a cheery " Good Morning". You can say I am a satisfied customer.

Martha - They are very pleasant. They always send me a post card at least a week before the service is planned. They are always willing to reschedule if not convenient. The same technician has been coming here for several years. We have been pleased with their service. I just have to call them if I see any pests in between and they will come out and re-spray for no extra cost.

Fay - We have Modern Pest Control come out quarterly. We have used them for about 15 years. They come out and check the Sentricon stations. They have been very good over the years.

Sharon - I ordered a pest control contract for external and internal pest control service. Robert came exactly on time. He was pleasant, and I appreciated that I didn't even have to tell him to put on booties inside. He was quick and appeared thorough and answered any questions I had. I had told the company's operator that I didn't always want external or internal service and she said (and Robert reiterated when he came) that I could just select one as time went on and the price would of course change. The total was $88.00 plus tax. I don't know if that is average for internal and external pest service, but I felt comfortable with the company and its representative, so I will certainly use them again. So many times, I've been so irritated with service people that I have sometimes put off service when needed.

Sara - Charles, "our agent" was very friendly and helpful. He was on time, early even and ready to go. He helped with closing our dog door (so our dogs couldn't get inside while the spray was drying) and gave us great advice on preventing future outbreaks.
